About The Position

Northeast Family Services is hiring In-Home Therapists in Massachusetts to provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes to address youth behavioral needs. The organization welcomes newly licensed master’s-level clinicians and provides supervision toward independent licensure. Independently licensed clinicians may have opportunities to expand their skillsets. Bilingual opportunities are available. The posting offers full-time or fee-for-service (FFS) hours. Full-time compensation is a salary of $64,000 to $72,000, with a $10,000 stay-on bonus paid in two installments: $5,000 after six months and $5,000 after 12 months. Full-time clinicians can also earn an incentive rate of $60 per hour over productivity. FFS compensation is $50 to $70 per hour.

Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI-approved degree program.
At least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, consistent access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the employer is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
For full-time positions, access to high-speed secure internet is required.
For FFS positions, access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is desirable.
Bilingual ability.
