About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking clinicians to join its growing team in Massachusetts. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) provides structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to address a youth’s behavioral needs. The role serves individuals and families experiencing varying levels of difficulty related to life situations or mental health concerns. The position is available as full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), with bilingual opportunities. The agency provides supervision for clinicians pursuing independent licensure, and independently licensed clinicians may have opportunities to expand their skillsets. Full-time compensation is $64,000 to $72,000, with a $10,000 stay-on bonus paid in two installments: $5,000 at six months and $5,000 at 12 months. Full-time clinicians can also earn an incentive rate of $60 per hour over productivity. Fee-for-service compensation is $50 to $70 per hour.

Requirements

Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or a related CBHI-approved degree program.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, consistent access to a vehicle.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
For full-time positions, access to high-speed secure internet is required.
For fee-for-service positions, access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone is required.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting is highly desirable.
Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders is preferred.
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is desirable.
