We provide care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home, school, and community. Our staff provide services in the communities where the people we serve live, utilizing strength-based and needs-driven choices, and offering a team-based approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in individualized services, and the use of evidence-based practices. JRI provides the training so that: We will help you be able to provide a variety of community-based, therapeutic services under various contracts. We will support you as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community. With the guidance of an independently licensed supervisor, you will be able to design and deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance the family’s capacity to improve the youth’s functioning in the home and community. We will guide you to provide trauma informed, confidential clinical services that place the needs of the young person at the center of your practice. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a variety of child-serving systems.
