About The Position
Align Home Care is seeking individuals with a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), an expired CNA, a PSS (Personal Support Specialist), or a DSW (Direct Support Worker) certificate to join their professional Caregiving Team. Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- One of the following certifications: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Expired CNA, PSS (Personal Support Specialist), DSW (Direct Support Worker)
- Willing to complete the required DSW (Direct Service Worker) training class if has no certifications
- Senior Caregiving - 1+ years of prior experience (Professional or Personal)
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Registration & Insurance
- Strong English Communication Skills - (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Dedication, Reliability, Dependability, Punctuality & Attentiveness
- Genuine Interest in Caring for Seniors - Patience / Compassion / Good Listening Skills
- Two Professional References are Required
