Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license; CDL Class A or B preferred.
- Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and work as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in construction, outdoor labor, heavy equipment operation, or public works is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Repair potholes, street cuts, and roadway shoulders.
- Operate trucks, rollers, and other construction equipment.
- Set up traffic control and help keep work zones safe.
- Assist with snow removal, sanding, and storm response activities.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Track work orders and maintain project records.
