About The Position

SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Atlanta market. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services. We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners following emergency property damage events and guide them through the restoration process. This is a consultative sales role with no cold calling. All appointments are company-generated leads. You'll meet customers in their homes, assess damage, provide solutions, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit. Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience
  • Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment
  • Proficiency with tablets, mobile applications, and CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Restoration, remediation, roofing, HVAC, or construction sales experience
  • Experience working with insurance claims
  • Estimating or scope-development experience
  • Home services sales background
  • One-call-close sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments
  • Assess water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations
  • Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions
  • Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
  • Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities
  • Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams
  • Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
  • Respond quickly to new leads and customer needs
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed
