About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan, the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, is hiring outgoing, motivated people who are ready to start a real career in sales. We remodel bathrooms in as little as one day using premium Jacuzzi products, and we provide all the training you need to succeed. No sales experience needed. If you have worked in restaurants, retail, customer service, or hospitality, you already have the skills we are looking for. This role involves meeting with homeowners at pre-set appointments, designing their new bath or shower space using Jacuzzi products, guiding customers through a professional and consultative buying process, and delivering a five-star customer experience. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or chasing leads involved.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Self-driven, coachable, and motivated to earn more
• Someone who lives our core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage
• Willing to travel throughout the Tri Cities for appointments
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week
