In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Keefe's is seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations with residential customers. In this role, you will educate homeowners, build estimates for HVAC system replacements, recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems, and educate customers on financing options. You will also collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and track sales activity using ServiceTitan CRM. The ideal candidate is a proven closer with experience in B2C, in-home, or home improvement sales, possessing strong communication and consultative selling skills. We are looking for a goal-oriented, self-starter with a high sense of ownership, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record, who is passionate about delivering value and building relationships.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you)
- Educate homeowners and build estimates on HVAC system replacement
- Recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems
- Educate customers on financing options
- Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
- Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
- Get potential customers excited about Keefe’s A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word.
- Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.
