Our mission is to provide homeowners with beautiful, low-maintenance bath systems while delivering exceptional customer service and craftsmanship. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design projects, present product options, and close sales. This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional seeking unlimited earning potential. No cold calling—qualified appointments are provided.

Requirements

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPads and sales software.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.
• Build rapport and identify customers' remodeling needs.
• Create customized bathroom designs using our sales software.
• Present product solutions, pricing, and financing options.
• Close sales and achieve monthly sales goals.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
