About The Position

Prime Baths & Home Solutions is hiring for a sales training class starting July 6th, and we are looking for exceptional people to sell high-ticket bathroom remodeling projects in the home. Homeowners trust us to guide them through decisions worth $15,000 to $40,000+. This role requires individuals who can build trust fast, control a conversation, handle objections, talk money comfortably, ask for the sale, and close at a high level. We are looking for people who have already proven themselves in high-performance environments such as in-home sales (remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, kitchens, baths, or other high-ticket products), residential construction/remodeling, or elite door-to-door/canvassing/one-call-close sales. We provide strong lead flow, an in-house call center, a proven sales system, financing options, real training, real support, and a company with a reputation worth protecting. This is not an easy job and involves sitting in homes with real people making real financial decisions, with days of winning big and days of getting 'punched in the mouth'.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-performance sales environments.
  • Experience in in-home sales (remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, kitchens, baths, or other high-ticket products).
  • Understanding of the kitchen table as where real sales happen.
  • Experience in residential construction/remodeling (building, installing, measuring, or managing crews).
  • Understanding of homes and ability to spot problems, solutions, scope, and value.
  • Experience in elite door-to-door, canvassing, or one-call-close sales (door knocking, canvassing, appointment setting, timeshare, high-pressure closing environments).
  • Ability to hear 'no' all day, keep energy high, handle rejection, stay mentally tough, and close deals.
  • Do not make excuses.
  • Do not blame leads.
  • Do not need babysitting.
  • Do not avoid hard conversations.
  • Do not get uncomfortable talking money.
  • Do not want guaranteed pay without performance.
