In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 and by Owens Corning. The company has experienced significant growth, increasing revenue from $3M to nearly $500M in seven years by providing a unique customer experience. They are seeking ambitious and competitive individuals aiming to establish a six-figure career with substantial earning potential. This role involves working as a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, conducting in-home presentations, proposing solutions, and closing high-value sales.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)
- Industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
