About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking competitive, high-ticket closers for an In-Home Sales Representative position in Fort Myers, FL. This role focuses on selling premium impact windows, doors, and lifetime exterior coatings to homeowners who have already requested information about our products. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position eliminates cold calling, door knocking, and lead buying. Your primary responsibility will be to show up, build trust, and close sales with company-generated, pre-qualified appointments. This is a W-2 position with full benefits, offering a proven sales system and ongoing coaching to help you maximize your income and advance within one of Florida's fastest-growing home improvement companies.
