About The Position

The role involves meeting with homeowners, conducting consultations, presenting solutions for impact windows, doors, and exterior coatings, building trust, and closing sales using a proven 10-Step Sales System.

Requirements

Experience in Roofing, Solar, HVAC, Home Improvement, Windows & Doors, Automotive Finance / F&I, or High-Ticket, One-Call Close Sales
Competitive: Motivated by results, goals, and earning potential

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, company-generated appointments throughout the Orlando area
Conduct professional in-home consultations
Present customized solutions for impact windows, doors, and lifetime exterior coatings
Build trust through strong communication, education, and relationship-building
Follow our proven 10-Step Sales System to earn same-day commitments
Represent Sunbelt Home Solutions as we establish our presence in the Orlando market
