About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is building its founding sales team for a new Orlando, Florida branch. The role involves meeting homeowners at company-generated, pre-qualified appointments and selling home improvement solutions, including impact windows and doors and lifetime exterior coatings. The company provides appointments and leads; sales representatives are not expected to cold call, door knock, or purchase leads. Representatives use the company's 10-Step Sales System to conduct consultations, present customized solutions, build trust, and seek same-day commitments. This is a full-time, W-2, commission-only position with paid training, weekly pay, and stated expected earnings of $100,000–$250,000+ annually. Appointments may include evenings and Saturdays.

Requirements

Experience and a track record of success in consultative or high-ticket sales.
Ability to build genuine connections and trust with homeowners.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience in roofing, solar, HVAC, home improvement, windows and doors, automotive, finance/F&I, or other high-ticket, one-call-close sales.
