In-Home Sales Representative
About The Position
Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with potential clients in their homes and present the company’s products and services. The representative provides timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation, and delivers customer service intended to exceed expectations and generate repeat business. The role offers provided, pre-set, pre-qualified appointments rather than requiring cold-calling or lead generation. Compensation includes a base salary, sales commission, and performance bonus, with uncapped earning potential. The company provides a sales training program and comprehensive benefits. The representative must be able to work evening and Saturday appointments, except Saturday evenings, and attend a one-time training session in Madison, Wisconsin.
