Shoreline Baths is a local, family-owned bathroom remodeling company seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join their growing team. The company focuses on helping homeowners create safer, more comfortable, and better-suited bathrooms. This role is ideal for a proven in-home sales professional who wants to control their income, offering qualified homeowner appointments, strong marketing support, financing options, professional products, and a structured sales process. Successful representatives have the opportunity to earn over $125,000 annually with uncapped commissions.
Requirements
- Proven salesperson with experience in the one-call-close in-home sales process
- Ability to build genuine rapport with homeowners while confidently guiding the conversation toward a decision
- Extensive one-call-close in-home sales experience
- Knows how to confidently ask for the sale
- Can uncover and address the real concerns behind a homeowner’s hesitation
- Understands how to sell value—not simply compete on price
- Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and monthly payment options
- Can create appropriate urgency without using unnecessary pressure
- Remains positive and persistent when a customer does not immediately say yes
- Builds rapport quickly and earns homeowners’ trust
- Competitive, self-motivated, and energized by achieving goals
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process
- Welcomes accountability and continuously looks for ways to improve
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Available for evening and Saturday appointments when needed
- Has reliable transportation and can travel throughout our service area
- Previous bathroom remodeling sales experience is required
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments
- Learn about each customer’s needs, concerns, goals, and budget
- Recommend customized tub, shower, and bathroom remodeling solutions
- Guide homeowners through product selections, materials, colors, upgrades, and accessories
- Explain pricing and available financing options clearly and professionally
- Build trust and help homeowners feel confident in their decision
- Ask for the sale and work through questions or objections respectfully
- Consistently meet established sales and performance goals
- Maintain accurate customer, appointment, and sales information
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing coaching
- Represent Shoreline Baths with professionalism and integrity
