This role is ideal for an experienced closer who thrives in a one-call-close environment and desires the opportunity to earn a substantial six-figure income. The company provides qualified homeowner appointments, allowing the sales representative to focus on building rapport, presenting solutions, and closing sales, without the need for cold calling, door knocking, or prospecting.

Requirements

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales
• High-ticket sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, or related sales experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong objection-handling abilities
• Comfortable discussing financing and payment options
• Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system
• Reliable transportation
• Available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners
• Identify customer needs, goals, and budget requirements
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
• Explain product features, pricing, and financing options
