About The Position
PDQ Garage Doors is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals for an In-Home Sales Representative role. This position offers a stable career with high earning potential, uncapped commissions, and a company vehicle. No prior garage door experience is required, as comprehensive paid technical training will be provided. The role involves inspecting garage doors, educating customers on repair and replacement options, providing recommendations, presenting pricing, closing sales, and performing some repairs after training. The focus is on consultative sales to customers who have already requested service, aiming to build trust and create long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Sales experience in any customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain value and confidently ask for the sale
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
