About The Position

PDQ Garage Doors is seeking motivated, customer-focused professionals for an In-Home Sales Representative role. This position offers a stable career with high earning potential, where you will build trust, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions. No prior garage door experience is necessary, as comprehensive paid technical training will be provided. The role involves meeting with homeowners who have requested service or need assistance with garage door issues, inspecting doors, educating customers on options, providing recommendations, presenting pricing, closing sales, and performing some repairs after training. This is a consultative sales role focused on helping homeowners make confident decisions, not a cold-calling position.

Requirements

• Sales experience in any customer-facing environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain value and confidently ask for the sale
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
