Requirements

Proven sales experience required; home improvement or remodeling sales experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments
Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and sales software

Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs and goals
Conduct professional in-home consultations and sales presentations
Create customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each customer’s vision and budget
Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
Effectively communicate product benefits, options, and project details
Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Utilize technology and sales tools to manage opportunities and customer information
