They are looking for driven In-Home Sales Representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and closing sales. The company provides a steady stream of pre-qualified appointments, and their experienced support team handles scheduling, order processing, and customer support, allowing sales representatives to focus on selling.

Nice To Haves

Previous in-home sales experience is preferred.
Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, or other home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
Conduct professional in-home design consultations using our proprietary iPad-based sales presentation.
Listen to customers' needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
Prepare product designs, pricing, and financing options.
Guide customers through the buying process and close sales.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion.
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
