In-Home Sales Representative

About The Position
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and help them create the bathroom of their dreams. Our marketing team generates the leads, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Using our proprietary iPad-based sales system, you'll design customized bath remodeling solutions and guide homeowners through the purchasing process.
Requirements
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to deliver professional presentations with confidence
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing skills

- Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners

- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
