Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local market
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations with pre-qualified leads
- Present our proprietary sales process using an iPad
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions using company software
- Deliver pricing proposals and close sales
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
