As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized bath solutions, and guide them through the sales process. This is an outside sales role ideal for individuals who are confident in closing and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Outgoing personality and comfort working with customers
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home remodeling or related industry experience a plus
- Confident presenter with the ability to close sales
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
- Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- Build rapport and understand homeowner needs
- Present pricing and close sales consistently
- Attend weekly training to enhance sales and presentation skills
