About The Position

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath solutions tailored to their vision. This is an outside sales position that leverages advanced technology, including our proprietary iPad-based sales system, to design and present high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Must obtain or be eligible to obtain a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration
• Must reside in or near San Diego County
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Professional, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home sales or remodeling industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
• Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen your skills
• Run scheduled appointments (no prospecting required)
• Measure spaces and guide homeowners through product selections
• Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally
• Close sales and secure agreements during appointments
• Collect deposits and coordinate project handoffs with production
• Maintain an organized and professional sales pipeline
