About The Position

Bath Planet | Focal Point Remodeling is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners at pre-qualified, company-provided appointments in Central Pennsylvania. The representative educates homeowners about bathroom remodeling, builds trust, designs customized solutions, presents products, pricing, and financing, and closes sales. The role does not require cold calling or door knocking and offers uncapped commission, with advertised compensation of $150,000–$250,000+ annually. Paid training, weekly sales coaching, and growth opportunities are provided.
