As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present customized solutions, and guide them through the sales process. This is an outside sales position ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to close and are driven by performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Confident and professional when presenting to customers
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Outgoing personality and ability to connect with homeowners
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred
- Home improvement or remodeling experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Present pricing and close sales consistently
- Attend weekly training to improve sales skills
