Bath Planet of Metro NY is redefining the bathroom remodeling experience by providing homeowners with stylish, affordable, and low-maintenance bath solutions designed to improve comfort, safety, and quality of life. With over 26 years of industry experience and a nationally recognized brand, we are seeking motivated In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Brooklyn. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process. This is a high-impact sales opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
• Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Brooklyn.
• Money motivated and competitive.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners.
• Self-disciplined and organized.
• Passionate about helping customers improve their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
• Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
• Maintain customer information and follow-up through company systems.
• Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.
