With a strong reputation for excellence, we’re expanding and looking for motivated professionals to join our team. As a Part-Time In‑Home Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of our company, meeting with pre‑qualified homeowners to present customized remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role that leverages advanced technology to design and deliver high‑quality bath transformations tailored to each client’s needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in in‑home sales (home remodeling experience is a plus)
- Confident presenter with public speaking ability
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
- Outgoing and professional demeanor with strong relationship‑building skills
- Reliable transportation and residency in the Bakersfield, CA area required

- Home remodeling experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in‑home presentations using our proprietary iPad‑based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using our intuitive software tools
- Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
- Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve sales performance
- Generate additional leads by working weekends in partner retail locations
