About The Position

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services with over 7,000 team members and 45 years of experience. They are seeking an In-Home Sales Professional to join their team. This role involves presenting product options, explaining installation details, and providing transparent pricing to homeowners. All appointments are pre-scheduled by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries. The role requires building relationships, assessing customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, and presenting financing and promotional options to close deals. The schedule will include some weekends.

Requirements

Prior residential in-home sales experience
One-call-close experience strongly preferred
HVAC knowledge preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as needed
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
