About The Position
Tipping Hat, part of the nation's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning service provider, is seeking a HVAC Comfort Advisor to join their team. This role offers 100% pre-qualified leads, eliminating the need for canvassing or cold calling. No prior HVAC knowledge is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- Experience in Outside Sales.
- Experience in One-Call-Close sales.
- Experience in a residential in-home sales environment.
- Proven sales track record and competitive spirit.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Excellent Organizational Skills & follow-up.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Products.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the skilled trades business model (HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers, focusing on sales and closing deals.
- Drive to sales locations and meet with current and potential customers in their homes to evaluate needs and present options.
- Focus on relationship selling to earn repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting.
- Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance, excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize closing skills to take control of earnings in an uncapped commission opportunity.
