About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is opening a new office in Ohio and is building a world-class Sewer Sales Division. They are seeking high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals to leverage their skills in a stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in consultative, in-home sales and are motivated by consistency, strong lead flow, and uncapped earning potential. Sewer sales offer consistent demand year-round, unlike many seasonal sales roles, providing predictable opportunity and strong earning potential. The company offers a proven transition and training program that converts In-home sales consultants into sewer sales professionals in 4-5 weeks, backed by a strong brand reputation with excellent customer reviews and high close rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in outside or in-home sales
• Proven experience selling directly to customers face-to-face
• Experience working with high-ticket products or services
• Experience being the first salesperson in the home
• Experience closing customers during the initial appointment
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based sales environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to carry approximately 40 lbs. up and down stairs
• Willingness to learn the technical side of sewer systems and residential plumbing

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, consultative sales appointments with homeowners

• Own the sales process from initial consultation through close

• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution
