About The Position

Responsible for meeting with homeowners at company-provided appointments, performing foundation and waterproofing inspections, presenting solutions, and closing sales. This position combines in-home sales, customer education, relationship building, and lead generation to help homeowners protect and improve their properties while contributing to the continued growth of Copper Fox Foundation Solutions.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, CRM systems, and sales technology
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel to appointments throughout the territory
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to drive to customer appointments throughout the assigned territory
  • Ability to access crawl spaces, basements, and other inspection areas when required
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate uneven terrain during inspections
  • Ability to lift and carry demonstration materials, sales tools, and equipment as needed
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of sales experience in construction, home services, or in-home sales
  • Foundation repair, waterproofing, or related home services sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and exceed performance goals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space, and structural inspections at company-provided appointments
  • Educate homeowners on foundation issues, waterproofing concerns, and available repair solutions
  • Utilize company software, tools, and pricing systems to prepare and present estimates
  • Follow established sales processes, pricing guidelines, and discount structures while maintaining strong closing performance
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales cycle and project handoff process
  • Collect initial deposits and coordinate with production and operations teams after the sale
  • Generate additional leads through networking, community outreach, referrals, and relationship building
  • Represent Copper Fox Foundation Solutions professionally and ethically at all times
