Requirements
- Candidates must live in the territory
- Candidates must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license
- Candidates must be at least 21 years old
- Positive attitude and strong energy
- Dependable, coachable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person and over the phone
Nice To Haves
- No flooring experience is required. We provide training and industry knowledge to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Represent S&G Carpet while partnering with the country's largest big box wholesale retailer
- Receive warm leads and meet customers in their homes to measure and bid their floor covering projects
- Close in the home whenever possible
- Cover weekly roadshows to help generate additional leads
- Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team
