About The Position
Sunbelt Home Solutions is seeking motivated and persuasive sales professionals to join their growing team as In-Home One-Call Closers. In this role, you will represent premium Impact Windows, Doors, and exclusive Lifetime Exterior Coating products, helping homeowners improve and protect their homes. The position involves running pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest, eliminating the need for cold calling or door knocking. The company emphasizes a 'closer' mentality and offers a structured sales process and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Experienced in B2C sales, phone sales, automotive sales, finance & insurance, home improvement, or field sales.
- Competitive and motivated by performance.
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly.
- Coachable and eager to master a proven sales system.
- Positive, persistent, and influential.
- Driven to achieve financial success and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Represent premium Impact Windows, Doors, and exclusive Lifetime Exterior Coating products.
- Help homeowners improve and protect their most valuable investment.
- Run pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners who have already expressed interest in products.
- Engage in real conversations with homeowners ready to hear product offerings.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets.
