About The Position

Rose Remodeling is seeking ambitious In-Home Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping customers and driven to achieve exceptional financial success. This is a full-time, commission-only sales role with pre-qualified leads and no cap on earnings. The company provides high-quality remodeling solutions for homeowners, and due to continued growth, they are hiring motivated closers looking for a high-income opportunity. This role does not involve cold-calling; instead, the consultant will meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest, build rapport, identify needs, provide customized solutions, and close sales. The ideal candidate is confident, coachable, and eager to earn six figures or more.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience required
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments
• Technology and CRM proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus
