Requirements

2+ years of sales experience preferred (in-home or consultative a plus)
Comfortable running appointments independently
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
Motivated by performance-based income
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to appointments

Responsibilities

Run pre-qualified in-home sales appointments (no cold calling) with homeowners in Foxboro and surrounding towns.
Run 6–12 company-provided appointments per week.
Meet homeowners, measure spaces, and guide product selection.
Build proposals and close sales in the home.
Work closely with our project management team (they handle installs).
