About The Position

At GYMGUYZ, we bring personal training directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are currently seeking trainers who have experience working with clients who may benefit from a more personalized and supportive coaching style, including women's fitness, yoga instruction, Pilates and mobility coaching, senior fitness, postnatal fitness, wellness coaching, corrective exercise, and functional training. If you enjoy helping clients build confidence, improve mobility, and achieve sustainable health goals, this could be a great fit. Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
CPR/AED certification
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sessions
Comfort using fitness platforms/apps for scheduling and client management
Strong communication skills and professionalism

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging in-home and on-site personal training sessions
Design customized fitness programs through the GYMGUYZ App
Conduct reassessments and track client progress
Manage your training schedule efficiently
Motivate clients and celebrate their wins
Deliver exceptional client experiences while representing GYMGUYZ’s core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE)
