In-Home Personal Trainer
About The Position
GYMGUYZ is the nation's leader in mobile personal training, bringing fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability for passionate personal trainers who want to train on their own terms. You will deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. You will also collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ's core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE).
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
Responsibilities
