About The Position

Floor Coverings International of Foxboro is seeking a motivated In-Home Flooring Sales Consultant to join their growing team. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with homeowners to improve their homes and are looking to build a strong commission-based income. The company provides qualified appointments and a mobile showroom, allowing consultants to focus on customer interactions and product selection. Consultants typically conduct 3-5 in-home consultations per week with homeowners who have requested estimates. The company completes numerous flooring projects monthly across Foxboro, Franklin, Mansfield, Wrentham, North Attleboro, and Northern Rhode Island. Most appointments are conveniently located within approximately 25 minutes of Foxboro.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable working independently
• Professional in customers’ homes

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Many successful consultants come from backgrounds in retail sales, home improvement, design, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes for flooring consultations
• Measure spaces and discuss project goals
