Re-Bath In-Home Design Consultant- Metro Detroit
About The Position
Re-Bath is the largest bathroom remodeler in the country and is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals unhappy in their current sales positions. Re-Bath is a sales organization with a dedicated support team focused on enabling consultants to succeed, providing full schedules, qualified leads, and ensuring decision-makers are present. The compensation structure is commission-based, with uncapped potential ranging from $150K to over $300K+ annually. This is a full-time position, typically six days a week, with flexible hours including Saturdays and some evenings. The company boasts a wide product offering for complete bathroom remodels, manufactures its own materials, and employs its own installation team, avoiding subcontracting. Re-Bath has strong national brand partnerships, including being the sole bath provider for Lowe's and Sam's Club, and the largest Home Depot bath provider in the state, having received The Home Depot's National Bath Provider of the Year award in 2024.
Requirements
- Sales or design experience required.
- Must have a clean driving record and background.
- Driver's License (Required)
- Ability to relocate to SE Michigan.
- Work on the road.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with in-home sales is a plus.
- 3 years of sales experience.
