About The Position

Luxury Bath Technologies and Home Concepts Remodeling are seeking motivated, results-driven In-Home Design Consultants to join their team in the Phoenix metro area. As a top dealership in the Southwest region for two consecutive years, the company is experiencing strong growth and offers an opportunity for top performers to maximize their earning potential in the home remodeling industry. This role involves conducting in-home consultations, assessing customer needs, presenting customized design solutions, closing sales, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
• Build rapport and present customized design solutions
• Set clear expectations and guide customers through the process
• Close sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month
• Support team success and uphold company standards
