Requirements
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
- 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Must pass background, motor vehicle, and reference screenings
Responsibilities
- Companionship and emotional support
- Transportation to appointments or errands
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Light housekeeping and organization
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Feeding support and hygiene assistance
- Follow care plans and document accurately
