About The Position

Griswold Home Care is looking to hire capable and flexible part-time Caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and homemaking to older adults. We're excited to announce we now have clients in Carroll County! If you're in Westminster, Sykesville, Manchester, Eldersburg, Finksburg, or surrounding Carroll County areas — or neighboring PA communities like Hanover — we'd love to talk with you about joining our team. Requirements

CPR Certification (required)
1+ year of caregiving experience (2+ years required for Finksburg couples care position)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely without assistance
Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
Valid car insurance and registration
Willingness to travel within Howard and Carroll Counties
Must pass criminal background check

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
CNA or home care experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, etc.
Light housekeeping
Meal preparation
Grocery shopping
Transportation to and from appointments
Dementia care
