About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers for part-time positions in the Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder areas. This role involves providing essential care and support to clients in their homes. The hours will vary based on client needs and caregiver availability, with shifts typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours. We offer initial training and continuous education to ensure our caregivers are up-to-date with the latest research in senior care. This is a part-time position, and shifts are not guaranteed.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a drug test.
Compassionate and caring attitude, prioritizing client needs.
Good communication skills, ability to relate to clients and listen carefully.
Flexible and adaptable to available shifts and client situations.
Reliable and responsible, demonstrating punctuality and adherence to procedures.
Attain a 2-Step TB Test OR Chest X-Ray.
Obtain a Physical.
Provide ID/Driver’s License.
Provide Social Security Card.
Possess a Valid CPR/ First Aid Certification.
Obtain a Personal Care Attendant Certificate.
Pass a Fingerprint Clearance/ Background Check.
Provide Car Insurance & 3 Year Driving History (if driving clients).

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of care-giving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accept shifts that are assigned via the caregiver app.
Assist clients by driving them when needed (if applicable).
Transport yourself to assigned shifts using car, bus, Lyft, etc.
Enter caregiver notes for shifts on the app.
Clock in and out using the app for every shift on time.
Keep credentials up to date and submit them via email or text.
Collaborate with facility staff, client families, and other caregivers to ensure client well-being.
Provide light house cleaning, meal preparation, companionship, and assistance with personal care such as changing clothes and bathing.
