In Home Caregiver
About The Position
We are looking for 7a-7p: 7p-7a, with rotating weekends. Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating. Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation and transfers. Assist with ADL'S and personal hygiene, meal prep, assist with feedings, help with exercises and encourage mobility as tolerated by our client. Assist client with shopping or accompany them to area stores. Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents to their supervisor. Offer activities to maintain independence.
Requirements
- CNA license - current or lapsed accepted (NOT REQUIRED)
- Enjoys working in a one-on-one client setting, eager to improve our clients quality of life.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties including transfers.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance with your name on the card, valid email working cell phone, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner towards our clients and their family members.
- Must be able to work different shifts, including days, nights, PRN, holidays and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, or home care environment (minimum of 3 years experience)
- Must follow all health and safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Take pride in providing high quality care in order to improve quality of life.
- Caregivers will need to pass a background check

Benefits
- $100 Sign on bonus after 30 days, raise and another $100 bonus after 90 days (both raises will be determined by performance review)
