About The Position

Provide reliable, respectful, one-on-one in-home support for seniors. The role offers flexible, dependable scheduling, with full-time and part-time opportunities and consistent client availability. The employer welcomes applicants with CNA I/II certification or relevant personal or professional caregiving experience. Clients are located in Sykesville, Westminster, Frederick, Annapolis, Catonsville, Ellicott City, Columbia, and surrounding Baltimore-area communities.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience, family caregiver experience supporting a loved one, or active CNA I/II certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle in most areas.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current negative TB test results.

Nice To Haves

• CNA I/II certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting and incontinence care, meal preparation, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff.
