About The Position

Kennedy Care, a leading home care provider, is hiring Life Care Professionals (Caregivers) to join their growing team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, personalized home care in clients' homes, assisting with daily living, offering companionship, and providing safe transportation. This role directly impacts clients' lives, ensuring they feel valued, supported, and cared for.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Proof of active auto insurance and vehicle registration
Reliable transportation
Proficiency using smartphones and mobile devices for communication and documentation
Passion for delivering exceptional home care
Ability to work independently with professionalism and empathy
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Ability to lift 25 lbs (required)
Comfortable, competent, and proficient using mobile apps and mobile technology

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, transferring, toileting, meal prep, and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and families
Document and report client health and status using smartphones and mobile devices
Provide safe transportation to appointments and errands
Complete assigned training and education as necessary
