BED - In-Home Caregiver – Flexible Hours
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring dependable In-Home Caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes in Salem, New Hampshire. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling. Paid training is available for candidates who are new to caregiving. Caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, assist with personal care and daily activities, and follow each client's care plan. Compensation is $17–$21 per hour. Requirements
- Be reliable, compassionate, and dependable.
- Be comfortable working independently in a client's home.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have reliable transportation when required.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving or home care experience is a plus; experience is not required, and training is available.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care and daily activities.
- Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping.
- Assist with mobility.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Help with errands and appointments when needed.
- Report changes in the client's condition.
- Follow the client's care plan.
