About The Position
Caregivers assist with a variety of daily living activities, such as driving clients to appointments or errands, providing medication reminders, preparing meals and assisting with cooking, and performing light housekeeping tasks. Caregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, HHA) may also provide hands-on personal care, including assistance with dressing, grooming, and hygiene, help with feeding, mobility and ambulation support, bathing assistance, transfers (bed/chair), and toileting and incontinence care.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Must successfully complete a background check and reference verification
Nice To Haves
- CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
